Refunds & Returns Policy

At Watchdog Tactical, customer satisfaction and statutory compliance are our highest priorities. We maintain a straightforward, customer-first policy for non-serialized items and clear procedures regarding firearm purchases.

CRITICAL FIREARM RETURN POLICY: Inspect all firearms, receivers, and lower frames thoroughly at your local FFL dealer BEFORE completing ATF Form 4473 and taking possession. Once a firearm transfer is completed, it is classified as USED and CANNOT be returned to Watchdog Tactical under any circumstances.

1. Non-Serialized Gear, Accessories & Optics (30-Day Policy)

We accept returns on non-serialized items—including magwells, light systems, triggers, holsters, and gear—within 30 days of shipment delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be brand new, uninstalled, unused, and in their original factory packaging.
All manuals, accessories, labels, and warranty cards must be included intact.
Items showing signs of installation, tool marks, or range wear are non-returnable.

2. Denied Background Checks & Failed FFL Transfers

If a firearm shipment is rejected by your FFL dealer or if you fail to pass the ATF Form 4473 background check:

The customer will be credited the purchase amount minus a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses back to Watchdog Tactical.

3. Return Procedure (RMA Requirement)

To initiate a return for an accessory or gear item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support desk at sales@watchdog-tactical.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, our team will supply a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Securely pack your item with the RMA clearly marked on the exterior box and ship it to the designated return warehouse.

4. Refund Processing Timeframes

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take 2 to 10 additional days to reflect in your account statement.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged accessory or incorrect shipment, email sales@watchdog-tactical.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately issue a prepaid return shipping label and ship a replacement at zero additional charge.
